Onyx Storm: Episode 1: Chapters 1-5

We’re back, Rekindlers—and so is Violet Sorrengail, flying through a snowstorm that feels more like a death wish than a patrol mission. In Chapters 1–5 of Onyx Storm by Rebecca Yarros, we dive headfirst into post-war trauma, chilly tension, and a suspiciously quiet Basgiath that’s definitely not as safe as it pretends to be. Venin are already slipping past the wards, alliances are fraying faster than Tairn’s temper, and Violet’s dodging political landmines and emotionally loaded kisses like it’s her new full-time job.

There’s flirting, fighting, flaming handprints, and a very flammable headboard. Grab your apples and your emotional support dragons—this storm is just getting started.
