Iron Flame: Episode 11: Chapters 51-55

This week on Rekindling the Pages, Deya and Liz dive into Chapters 51–55 of Iron Flame by Rebecca Yarros. Things get intense as Violet climbs to the roof with chocolate cake and feelings, only for Xaden to derail it with a dick joke—priorities. But the mood turns grim fast: the war’s a mess, the venin are winning, and Mira’s over here bubble-wrapping Xaden like he’s Violet’s fragile little war boy. Cue rare apologies and romantic doom.

Meanwhile, Violet cracks the biggest journal clue yet—“blood” means breath, and the six? Not riders. DRAGONS. Everything changes, but shhh… Dain can’t know.

Then it’s cozy squad bonding turned chaos, death cave expeditions, and a one-eyed murder dragon named Solas who really isn’t vibing with the team. Andarna goes full murder burrito, Cat actually helps (who is she?), and Xaden shows up ready to burn the world… until Violet drops the reason she saved Cat: him.
